Supplies

  • pumice stone
  • Bake to soak your feet in
  • Warm or hot water (as you wish)
  • Moisturizing cream or almond oil

What you have to do

  • This foot bath works best an hour before going to bed or before taking a rest.
  • First heat up the water and pour it into the container.
  • Wait until it has cooled down far enough so that you don’t burn yourself, and put your feet in the tub of water.
  • Then soak your feet in the warm water for 20 minutes.
  • Remove your feet from the water, then use the pumice stone to rub your heels. Be careful on the cracked parts.
  • We recommend applying some pressure for better results. After a few minutes your heels will feel softer.
  • Then put your feet back in the water to rinse off the dead skin cells and then gently dry your feet.
  • Then apply a moisturizing cream and let it soak in overnight. Once you’ve rubbed in the cream or oil, you can put on socks.

2. Natural Oat Exfoliant

This exfoliant doesn’t just help treat cracked heels. It also makes your feet look more beautiful without any side effects. It contains only mild ingredients and is ideal for people with sensitive skin.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup oat flour or ground oats (30 grams)
  • ¾ cup jojoba oil (150 grams)

Preparation

  • First put the oats with the jojoba oil in a suitable container or bowl. Then mix the products until they form a smooth paste.
  • Then apply the paste to your feet and massage gently for a few minutes.
  • Let the paste sit on your feet for 10 minutes before rinsing them off with warm water.

This treatment for dry, cracked heels is based on applying glycerin to your heel. The glycerin is moisturizing and the lemon removes dead skin cells with its acids.

  • Hot water
  • ½ cup rose water (100 ml)
  • Sea salt
  • ¼ cup lemon juice (62 ml)
  • ½ cup glycerin (100 ml)

  • 1 or 2 bananas
  • ½ avocado, medium

  • First mix the ingredients into a smooth cream.
