  • 1 tablespoon salt (25 g)
  • 4 cups white rice (400 g)
  • 3 cups of water (750 ml)
  • 6 leaves of fresh spinach (25 g)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder (25 g)
  • 4 stock cubes (35 g)
  • 3 tablespoons ground coriander (75 g)
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper (25 g)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (50 ml)
